Problem: Areas were contaminated by accidental oil and diesel spillages causing environmental complications.

Cleaning in progress. Belzona 9111 degreaser, concrete cleaner & a water based detergent were used and then high pressure washed with clean water.

Application Situation

As we have successfully coated a contaminated waste oil filter bund wall in 2024 for the same customer, they had no hesitation in issuing a purchase order for this repair, seeing how exceptionally Belzona products work. Our local branch had stock available, and the works were completed in three days.

Application Method

Contaminated areas were degreased with Belzona 9111 & concrete cleaner. They were then cleaned with a water based detergent and pressure washed with clean water. Belzona 5831 was used as a first coat followed by a top coat of Belzona 5811.
