Problem: The Clarifier was suffering from damage to the concrete due to the age of the Clarifier and constant water and chemicals. Instead of replacing they chose Belzona. We have completed 4 out of 6.

Application Situation

The only options the plant had was to repair or replace. This is a tourist town was going to be very difficult to replace they would be looking at years of construction. We were able to repair and have them back in service in a few days.

Application Method

Clarifier was pressure washed and any loose concrete was removed Belzona 4131 and conditioner was applied according to IFU.

Belzona Facts

The cost to replace would be downtime and $200,00 or $300,000 plus. .Belzona was the best option. The city was very happy with the outcome and we have been awarded other projects.
