Problem: Side wall had caved in and leaking. Plant replaced wall with new metal. We then applied Belzona 1121 for rebuild and coated complete internals with Belzona 5821.

Application Situation

Cost of total Belzona installed lining was $50,948 and only two days on application. We had them back up three day’s ahead of schedule. Saving over $200,000.

Application Method

Grit blasted with Black beauty to SP-10, wiped down with MEK, applied 120 kg’s of Belzona 1121 and two coats of Belzona 5821
