Problem: The containment area was very old and was suffering issues with cracking. The containment area was not in use but looked really bad for the inspectors of the plant. They wanted to save the area in case they decided to use it.

Application Situation

To remove or replace the containment are would have been very expensive as well as down time. We were able to do the project in one week.
Belzona cost was $ 20,382.00

Application Method

The contractor pressure washed the area and used a pump to remove the water. The cracks were repaired with Belzona 3121 and reinforcing cloth 9331. Then two coats of Belzona 5231 were applied.

Belzona was the cheapest option. This customer sent me a message on Linkedin he was looking for the closest Belzona rep and it was me. He had used Belzona in the past at a different location in another state.
