Problem: The customer faced cracks at sea water distiller . Due to the cacks the sea water was mixed with the clean water and the unit were out of order.

Application Situation

Due to distiller's wrong technical stature the unit was out of order. The customer had to choose form building new distiller rooms with cost more than 30,000 euro and the unit will be out of order for 2 months.
With Belzona application the unit is back in order in 3 days .

Application Method

Surface preparation , Use Belzona 1161 with Belzona 9341 to close the cracks , coating with Belzona 1391T
