Problem: A cement ball mill was subjected to abrasions caused by the entrapment of cement particles under the mill tiles.

Application Situation
Using conventional welding will consume a lot of time and will need machining: a slow process that stops production for a long time.
The Belzona solution is much easier, faster and needs no machining as we use the tile itself as a mould to restore the worn surfaces
Application Method
- The Tiles are removed from the surface of the ball mill
- The surface below is roughened to ensure maximum adhesion and then cleaned with a non-residual cleaner.
- The tile is then brushed with Belzona 9411 release agent
- Belzona 1111 is applied to the surface below the tile and the tile is aligned and left to cure accordingly
