Problem: Severe corrosion on the outside of the 6" inch pipe, pitting is evident.

Application Situation

Replacement would be at least 10 times more expensive than rebuilding with Belzona.

Application Method

The surface of the tube was prepared with a steel brush and sandpaper.
Initially the product was impregnated with a short bristle brush on the substrate, then with the applicator was given the desired thickness and a good finish.

Belzona Facts

By rebuilding the surface with Belzona 1161, we stop the corrosion, recovered the surface and avoid the replacement of the valve section.
