Application Situation

Customer rents separators to oil and gas fields; an IDLE time of separator is per day thousands of dollars lost, so the customer approached us to save the day and repair their flange faces in one day to get his equipment back to site.

Application Method

We used power tools for surface preparation, and we roughened the surface to create an anchor for the Belzona 1111; we formed a former of 2 and 3 inch , used Belzona release agent and applied the Belzona 1111 over the flanges

We saved a customer thousands of dollar in daily operation and we were able to get his order back in 2 days for service. We gained his trust, and we will be able to perform flange face repairs in the future.
