Application Situation

Repairing cracks in the diesel tank was time consuming and difficult on road.

Application Method

Cold bond application was carried out using Belzona 1212 with a plate of the same curvature. Before application, the surface was treated according to the crack repair method shown in TCC-1 and roughened with mechanical tools.

Belzona Facts

The repair using Belzona 1212 only took seven hours to get the bus moving again. This was an alternative repair system that reduced costs and downtime.
