Problem: Customer had a significant leak on a 12'' supply water line. The water line was corroded at the pipe support base, with multiple hole through locations.

Application Situation

Customer Called late afternoon on a Friday with this pipe leak, Belzona was able to mobilize and be on site within an hour. the application crew was able to plate bond over the multiple holes in pipe and then we wrap over the plate to secure plate and stop any future leaks. Customer was able to fill line back up in a matter of a few hours saving them days of down time and also saving money

Cold plate bond using Belzona 1212, then wrapping with Belzona 9341 Reinforcement Sheet with Belzona 1161
