Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet HEX-01.

Belzona Facts

Replacement was the only alternative to the repairs, however this is very costly. Due to very high cost of downtime, the application had to be carried out within a short window. The local Belzona Distributor was able to offer a speedy repair due to their many years of application experience. The application required careful planning and a larger than normal work force. Only when the customer was satisfied that the application could be carried out within the time window were they convinced to proceed with the application instead of ordering a replacement. Heat exchanger inspected after 18 months of being service and still shown to be in perfect condition.
