Problem: The exterior flooring was an issue when the Pharmaceutical Plant forklift trucks were operating outside, causing the forklifts to slip when loading and un-loading.

Application Situation

The client required a form of grip system for exterior use to stop any potential accidents or problems.

Application Method

Areas of concrete were repaired with Belzona 4111. The Belzona 5231 was the applied in accordance with System leaflet FPA-8 to the concrete and then the Belzona 1821 and Belzona 9211 grip system was used to create a safety grip system then overcoated with Belzona 5233 for increased UV Stability.

Belzona Facts

Belzona was used due to already been applied in other areas of the plant and knowing that Belzona performs very well they opted for Belzona on this particular health and safety issue.
