Problem: Water tank was experiencing corrosion issues from many years of use

Application Situation

Customer was not able to replace the tank so they was in need of a repair solution that didn't include hot work and could save replacement cost.

Application Method

Method used was cold bonding new plates at repair areas, tooling used was a grinder with a 80 grit sanding disc and grinding wheel.
