Application Situation

Walkways between laboratories and holding cells at a medical research centre

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet FPA-8. The application was carried out over night. The coating was also applied partially up the walls to aid with cleaning of the floors.

Belzona Facts

The Belzona SG Laminate was chosen due to its solvent free nature and fast curing ability that allowed 2 coats to be applied in the short application window. The prime consideration was its ability to be applied to and bond onto the minimally prepared surface of the existing coating as mechanical preparation methods of any kind were prohibited.
