Problem: Our client had three new containments that he was looking to coat and protect from chemical attack. The chemicals were ferric chloride, sulfuric acid, and caustic soda.

Sandblasted (3) containment areas

Addressed Cracks and Seams with Belzona 4361 and composite tape

Applied (1) coat of Belzona 5811

Applied 1 final Coat of Belzona 4311

Application Situation

Our customer wanted to protect his new water treatment facility containments with Belzona.

Application Method

We sandblasted the containments areas first. We then built coves out of Belzona 4111 to all wall/floor area. We then applied 1 coat of 5811 and 1 coat of 4311.
