Application Situation

Loss of shaft's bearing surface caused failure of the bearings.

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet MPT-1. The shaft was roughly undercut 2 mm in depth, degreased with Belzona 9111, and rebuilt with Belzona 1121. Once it had cured solid, it was machined down to the correct dimensions.
