A grinder was used to prepare the substrate. Belzona 2911 (QD Conditioner) was applied to the prepared area.

The area was built up with Belzona 2211 (MP Hi-Build Elastomer).

Application Situation

This crane track came apart on a jobsite and a quick solution was needed to get them up and running. The Belzona solution had them back at work the next morning.

Application Method

A grinder was used to prepare the substrate. Belzona 2911 (QD Conditioner) was applied to the prepared area followed by a skim coat of Belzona 2221 (MP Fluid Elastomer). The area was then built up with Belzona 2211 (MP Hi-Build Elastomer). This was returned to service the following day.
