Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with modified Belzona System Leaflet VPF - 11. A threaded plug coated with Belzona 1111 was initially inserted into the hole before applying a patch of Belzona 1111 incorporating Belzona 9341 (Reinforcement Tape) over the top to create a more secure repair.

Belzona Facts

Conventional welding required tank to be completely drained and insulation removed. Belzona solution provided a quick effective repair with minimal disruption to production.
