Problem: Various cracks and damage had been identified which caused issues for the hard-wheeled fork lift trucks and hand pallet trucks losing their loads

A general area to repair (Area 1)

Area 1 fully repaired and checked on some 5 years after, still in place, still performing

Application Situation

The client needed a very quick return to service. The Belzona Engineer made himself available to support the repairs with the client's own staff on Saturday morning. The area was cured and ready for full operations within 24 hours, in plenty of time for production to start again on the Monday morning

Application Method

Break away any loose and friable.
The client's team had actually saw cut some of the areas, which, whilst not normally necessary, made little difference to the application
Belzona 4911 was mixed and applied using a short bristled brush
Belzona 4131 was mixed as per the IFU and applied to the problem areas
The Belzona 4131 was compressed and dressed using a finishing trowel
