Application Situation

Due to the water passing through the condenser exchanger, corrosion was occurring between the surface and tubes

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet HEX-3. Belzona 1321 was applied after mechanical surface cleaning to prevent further corrosion between the surface and tubes .

The customer faced corrosion issues between the mirror and tubes in the condenser exchanger due to water flow. The customer was looking for a solution to prevent corrosion. The application was successfully completed using Belzona products.
