Problem: The Landing legs on the 40' trailers had worn depressions into the concrete floors. These were causing problems with fork lift traffic and other vehicles as some of the depressions were over 40mm deep

Application Situation

The area had to be out of action for as short a time as possible. Belzona 4131 gave an opportunity for the areas to be replaced easily over 1 weekend

Application Method

Cleans and dried the concrete using absorbent kit
All loose and friable material removed
Belzona 4911 applied with short bristled brush
Belzona 4131 applied by gloved hand and compressed using finishing trowel

Belzona Facts

The works were finished in one afternoon and cured before the business re-opened on the Monday morning. The works were carried out under Belzona supervision using their own staff in order to enable them to pursue further repairs as and when they needed to do them
