Problem: Pre-scrubber tank with fiberglass headers that spray internally. The spray nozzles get plugged and changes direction of spray and wears out the fiberglass on top of headers badly, severe wear.

Application Situation
We did some small areas several years ago and the Belzona 1813 was actually lasting a lot longer than the Fiberglass Contractor using their own repair. They replaced 2 rows of headers and we manually prepped the fiberglass and put a layer on top of new headers before being installed. This is a great success for Basin Electric.
Application Method
The fiberglass was manually prepped using grinders per Belzona spec and letter, cleaned using MEK cleaner and troweled on with Belzona 1813.
Belzona Facts
The alternative was fiberglass repair kits using a Fiberglass contractor. The Belzona coating contractor using Belzona 1813 on all bad area and also new headers. Belzona 1813 has been in for 5 years and have done other areas since then during outages. Basin is very happy with the results.
