Application Situation
Conveyor belt at a manufacturing company.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-4 for the protection of conveyor belt fasteners. The surface was prepared using a Belzona Roughing brush to create a woolly texture. Belzona 2911 was applied to the prepared surface using a stiff bristle brush. Polyethylene tape was placed over the fasteners and Belzona 9341 was placed over the polyethylene tape. Belzona 2211 was applied using a stiff bristle brush in accordance with Belzona Instructions For Use.
