Problem: Several holes on a ship deck required patching before being sent out to the museum. Customer did not want to bond a plate to entire surface because of cost implications. Belzona 1111 was used to patch the holes individually after required surface cleaning procedure and coated afterwards.

Application Situation
Belzona was a better option in terms of time saving and cost as compared to bonding a plate to the entire deck.
Application Method
Holes on the deck were cleaned using a power tool to the minimum surface preparation requirement. Then Belzona 1111 is mixed and applied on the deck to patch the holes.
