Application Situation

Previous coating of bund had failed due to contact with Ammonium Sulphate, causing significant damage to concrete in bund area.
Customer choose Belzona after a recommendation from a colleague who had experience with Belzona in a previous role.

Application Method

- Grinder with diamond blade used to produce a stable, firm surface suitable for lining.
- Belzona 4911 used as a primer.
- Belzona 4131 used to rebuild and repair honeycombing and blowholes in concrete.
- Belzona 5811 chosen as floor coating due to excellent resistance to Ammonium Sulphate.
