Application Situation

A repair using Belzona 1111 and Belzona 1341 have avoided replacements, saved the customer repair and maintenance costs and improved pump efficiency.

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet CEP-01 and CEP-03.
Blasting was performed for surface preparation according to Instruction For Use. Belzona 1111 was used to fill pitting and rebuild the ring seat area using the forming technique with Belzona release agent. Finally 2-coat system of Belzona 1341 was applied according to Instruction For Use.
