Problem: Major leaks was experienced from a failed fiber glass installed earlier by customer to fix problem.

Application Situation

Customer was relying not only on the performance of Belzona Super wrap II but also on the quick turn around of our range of solutions.

Application Method

The failed fiber glass was abraded with the aid of a power tool after which the surface was wiped clean using the cleaner/ degreaser Belzona 9111. After drying, Belzona 1212 was mixed and apply with Belzona Super wrap installed afterwards.

Belzona Facts

Belzona was not only able to seal the leak in a couple of minutes but also completed the whole installation and the equipment put back in service as stipulated in the product IFU. Follow up with customer confirmed that there was no leak or sipping as the Super wrap II successfully solve the issue.
