Problem: Raised flange face was showing signs of corrosion and was leaking past the gasket.

Flange face rebuilt using Belzona 1511, 9411 with customer supplied former.

Flange face 1511 rebuild cured and ready for clean up

Rebuilt raised flange face complete and ready for installation and back into service.

Application Situation

The customer again decided to use a Belzona product for the rebuilding of the flange face for this was a cost saving to the companies customer instead of purchasing a new valve.

Application Method

Tooling used cabinet blaster, pencil grinder, machining files flat and round and also the Belzona product mixing tooling
