Problem: Running track on top of wall for distributor arm had been experiencing damage. The distributor wheels had caused impact & abrasion damage over time. Coupled with freeze/thaw, this had seriously damaged the substrate. Only a limited shutdown window was available for the repair.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1.

Using Belzona 4131, a repair could be completed in a fraction of the time it would take to knock down the clarifier walls & rebuild them. Belzona 4131's chemical & impact resistance will also stop the original problem from re-occurring.
