Problem: Corrosion and leaking tank. To replace tank with new was costly and would result in production downtime of 7-10 working days.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets TCC-1 & -3. doubler plates were bonded over perforated steelwork before applying corrosion resistant coating.
Belzona Facts
The alternative method of replacing tanks with new was 3 times as expensive, and turnaround would have been 7-10 working days. Belzona method was complete within 24 hours with no interuption to production.
