Application Situation

Top section of exhaust gas chimney stack.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with modified Belzona Know-How System Leaflet WPA-2. Deteriorated bituminous coating was removed by grit blasting. Cracks and spalled concrete was rebuilt with Belzona® 4141 before coating with Belzona® 5111.

Belzona Facts

Belzona® 5111 chosen due to its excellent long term UV and chemical resistance. The ease of application of the Belzona system was also a benefit.
