Problem: Roof area approximately 3500 sq ft had rust over 50% and very small holes and the seams were severely leaking. Building overhang out at unloading area at Mine.

Application Situation

The client was looking at a new roof built. Belzona was finally offered the contract. We ordered about $28,000.00 worth of product and took about 3 weeks to complete this application. This job started with seams fully reinforced with mesh and 1 coat of Belzona 3111 and the second coat was sprayed and finished with. The client, a happy customer, saved on spending on a new roof worth $78,000.00.

Application Method

Seams were hand applied with mesh reinforced into the Belzona 3111. The 2nd coat was sprayed on with Graco small sprayer. The contractor used 3 people in total to complete this job.
