Problem: Mechanical contractor pulled the heads and covers and discovered the heads were warn and needed to be replaced or repaired.

Tube sheet section damaged.

Rebuilding and protection completed with Belzona 1121 and Belzona 1321.

Ends covers damaged.

Protection completed with Belzona 1321.

Belzona was a great solution for repairing and protecting from future damage and ware.

Application Method

Mechanical contractors removed the covers then our team blasted the heads and covers. The tube sheet face needed to be rebuilt with Belzona 1121 and coated with 1321. The covers were also coated with Belzona 1321.
