Problem: The expansion joint exhibited advanced deterioration, resulting in loss of movement accommodation and ineffective water sealing. This condition increased the risk of progressive substrate degradation and contributed to vehicle impact damage, including premature tire and suspension wear.

Application Situation

The Belzona system allowed in-situ repair without shutdown, avoiding production losses and costly traffic rerouting.

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with FPA-5 and FPA-6.
