Problem: This blower was sitting on a concrete base. The main problem was that there was approximately 1 to 1 1/2 inch gap between the steel base of the blower and the concrete pad which cause vibration issues.
The customer tried to fill in this gap with regular concrete but the severe vibration issues was causing the concrete to crack

A wooden containment was built around the area that we were planning to use 7111. This was regular with bought from Home Depot

Application Situation
This job was completed in a fraction of the time that it would have taken the customer to rework it. The job was completed within 48 hours and additional 72 hours later the machine was returned back into service.

Problems that were incurred it was extremely cold during this application. Customer supplied 2 diesel heaters to warm up the area for mixing and application. Heat was also pumped through the blower to warm it up.
Application Method
This application can be done fast and fairly inexpensive. The only equipment that is needed is a handheld mixing drill and some plastic to put on the ground. Furthermore if the power is in a difficult area a funnel would be needed
