Application Situation

Condensate tank suffering from corrosion.

Application Method

Substrate grit blasted to surface cleanliness (Sa21/2). Followed a profile check for the min surface roughness of 75 microns. Degreasing surfaces with Belzona degreaser 9121 and applied Belzona 5892 in a two coat system. The application was completed in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet TCC-05.
