Problem: Valve body flange was experiencing corrision and metal loss

Former ready with Belzona 9411 applied

Surface Preparation completed of the flange

Belzona 1111 placed on flange and former, former bolted to valve body and torqued into place.

Belzona 1111 now cured and ready for final clean up.

Application Situation

The customer is new to Belzona solutions and products, he approached us and asked how Belzona could save the valve from his customer needing to pruchase new equipment.

Application Method

Application was carried out by following the VPF-13 and VPF-17 system leaflets.
