Application Situation

Several deep cracks causing leaks in bund area.

Application Method

- Area was cleaned of debris and an abrasive wheel was used to provide a rough surface for the purpose of adhesion.
- Belzona 4911 applied as a conditioner and allowed to dry.
- Initial coat of Belzona 4361 applied and allowed to become touch dry.
- Second coat was applied after 4 hours.

Cracks were reoccurring due to repairs using traditional coatings.

The distributor were able to offer a flexible coating which provided a long lasting solution preventing reoccurrence of the problem.
