Problem: A gutter was leaking to the rear of the commercial premises, causing issues in the old stock room.

Gutter cleaned and prepared using High Pressure jetting equipment.

Particular attention was paid to the lower end of the gutter where the downpipe was situated.

Application of Belzona 3131 system completed, returning the gutter to watertight and alleviating the issues to the shop owners.

Completed downpipe end, ensuring that all joints, welds and seams were perfectly encapsulated.

Application Situation

The client had attracted prices for a replacement gutter, which equated to almost 5 times the cost of applying the Belzona 3131 Winter Grade system.

Application Method

The gutter was cleared of dirt, mud and debris prior to being high pressure washed.
Belzona 3921 GSC was applied to the entire area, preparing the steel substrate for the Belzona Winter grade system.
2 coats of Belzona 3131 complete with 9361 reinforcing sheet were applied to complete the works.

The cost savings, against a gutter replacement were significant. The client had no reservations about refurbishing the existing gutter and giving it a whole new lease of life with a Belzona solution for a fraction of the cost he had been quoted for the replacement.
