Application Situation

Belzona offered a turnkey solution to bring condenser back to 100% with total rebuild and coat system.

Application Method

Tubes were corked (over 2000) and then face was blasted ,once blasted the tubes were corked again flush; Belzona 1121 metal was trolled in the bring face flush with tubes. As per Instructions for Use, Belzona 1321 was applied in 2 coat system.
