Application Situation

The time of year means that the works had to take in inclement weather. The client was eager to try the Belzona 3131 winter grade system, with a view to using it elsewhere on other Council owned assets

Application Method

The area was washed down and any loose materials were removed.
Belzona 3921 GSC was applied to the lead areas with no conditioner necessary for the main mineral felt areas
2 coats of Belzona 3131 Winter Grade were applied complete with Belzona 9361 reinforcing sheet
The site was left clean and tidy

Belzona Facts

The client needed to keep costs down and, with the added bonus of the Belzona 3131 being able to be applied directly to the mineral felt, this removed the cost of the main area needing to have Belzona conditioner applied.
The slanting substrate benefitted from the Belzona 3131 application methods and a very quick, cost effective turnaround was achieved.
The client went on to engage more works which included the Belzona roof product range
