Problem: Constant heavy traffic had caused wear and damage to the apron leading toward the entrance of a large roller shutter door. The FLT were vibrating and unseating their loads, making the area dangerous for Forklift Traffic and anyone in the immediate area

Application Situation

To use a cementitious product would have taken out the operation of the access area for a number of weeks. By using Belzona products, the area was back in operation in just a day and a half

Application Method

Break out all loose and friable
Vacuum the whole area
Apply Belzona 4911 as per Belzona 4131 IFU
Mix and apply Belzona 4131 as per Belzona 4131 IFU
