Problem: The customer found the tube sheets we're showing signs of corrosion and pitting due to the equipment was operating with no coating protection for many years and wanted protection to save the life of the equipment.

Application Situation

The customer had heard of Belzona from a millwright employee who had used the Belzona products over the past few years.

Application Method

The customer decided to use the Belzona products, first the tube sheets were grit blasted and cleaned, pitting was found to be minimal so no rebuilding was required only two coats of Belzona 1391T was required.

The customer decided to use the Belzona products after receiving a Team's meeting presentation along with video's, KHIA and mentioned the technical consultant would provide support during the the application to the company staff
