Application Situation
Due to the length of the roof and the curved geometry, the customer required a quick and flexible solution to restore integrity of the carriage roof
Application Method
Once the roof has been cleared of all debris and prepared to minimum surface profile, Belzona 3921 as a general surface conditioner. Then, two coats of Belzona 3111 was applied to a reinforcement sheet to cover the train roof.
Belzona Facts
This solution saved the customer on the expense of replacing a bespoke carriage roof. Repair was completed within a tight schedule.
