Application Situation

Approximately 1Km of seawater injection pipelines for two large FPSO's.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet VPF-2. Following surface preparation by grit blasting, the Belzona 1331 was applied directly onto the prepared surface using a plural feed heated airless spin-spray method.

Belzona Facts

The Belzona 1331 system not only protects the internal pipe surfaces from the effects of corrosion and erosion but the smooth surface will also reduce friction and turbulence in order to increase flow efficiency.
