Problem: An expansion joint in the parking lot ramp of a large residential building was defective, and the customer sought a permanent solution that would minimize disruption to the daily activities of the building's residents.

Application Situation
The customer was seeking a durable solution with a fast-curing time. Although it was their first experience working with Belzona, they were impressed by the comprehensive information provided in our product data sheet and the successful case studies we shared.
Application Method
To minimize disruption to ramp usage, the repair was divided into two phases. One half of the ramp remained open for use while the other half was repaired. Loose concrete was thoroughly cleaned and removed before applying 4911 conditioner. Worn-out areas were then repaired using 4111. Once the 4111 was stable, 2211 was used to fill the expansion joint. After curing, the process was repeated on the remaining half of the ramp, completing the repair.

The customer was highly satisfied with the rapid curing of the products and their exceptional performance. We plan to follow up with the customer next spring to address additional areas that require improvement.
