Application Situation

Newly fabricated cylinder experiencing reduction in diameter due to mill scale formation on some parts of the surface. Belzona was used to build the surface and machined to the required tolerance.

Application Method

Surface preparation was carried out to the level of cleanliness of SSPC SP11. Then thorough solvent cleaning was done before the application of Belzona 1121 was carried out. Surface was then machined to the required diameter afterwards.
