Problem: A pump sitting on a concrete block was no longer properly aligned causing shear stress.

Application Situation
Damaged concrete block underneath a pump.
Application Method
All the broken pieces of concrete were taken off the concrete block, then, the surface of the steel and the remaining concrete were prepared. A thin layer of Belzona 4911 was then applied and allowed to become touch dry. A wooden frame was used to rebuild the concrete block with Belzona 4111 first. Then, Belzona 7111 was poured into the remaining space between Belzona 4111 and the equipment. The application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona System Leaflet SOS-8.

After 18 months in service, the equipment was still perfectly aligned.
