Problem: The client was facing major deterioration of their concrete due to the chemicals in the process and the coating not properly maintained over the years. This allowed for the chemicals and liquids to penetrate under the coating causing it to delaminate.

Application Situation
The client was able to save approximately $75,000 with the application we provided. They were given a proposal to remove and re-pour with new concrete which would have taken 2-3 weeks then cure time to allow for the concrete before coating. We were able to complete this project in just 4 days.
Application Method
We used normal procedures provided by Belzona for the application process. Floor grinders and needle guns were used to remove delaminated concrete.
