Application Situation
Plinth had deteriorated due to constant contact with hot caustic.
Application Method
Area cleaned with high pressure water to remove caustic residue.
4911 used as surface conditioner before application of 4131 which was used to rebuild profile of plinths.
4981 used as a conditioner before application of 4181 which will give resistance to caustic at elevated temperatures.

Customer needed the plinth rebuilt and needed a coating which would give resistance to caustic at elevated temperature.
